If you would like to discuss your VIP Experience or Gift Voucher, please do get in touch with the team  vip@longleat.co.uk.

All new VIP Gift Vouchers purchased will have an additional 6 month validity period, making them valid to book for a full 18 months.

Once you have made your online booking, you will receive a booking reference number and unique barcode via email.

You do not need to print this email, but if you can produce the barcode (either printed or on a device) we can scan you into the Park. Alternatively, make a note of the reference number and when you arrive we will search for your booking on the system.

We no longer provide physical tickets on arrival, but do ask guests to keep their receipt in their possession throughout their visit.

Visiting on peak dates

During busy periods, we require online pre-booking for all guests, including Annual Pass holders, to avoid disappointment.


An Annual Pass reservation is a £1 per person charitable donation. With all money going straight to good causes such as TUSK and Koala Life.

When pre-booking your peak time visit, you will be asked to select your preferred Safari Drive-Through entry time. You can choose from between 10am - 12pm, between 12pm -  2pm or between 2pm - 4pm. You may enter the Safari Drive-Through at any time during your chosen slot and you may visit the Main Square attractions both before and after your Safari adventure (subject to Park opening hours); the choice is entirely yours.

During these peak dates, please do not travel unless you have an Annual Pass reservation.

Off-peak visits

During off-peak periods, Annual Pass holders are not required to pre-book online. Simply arrive with your Annual Pass and enjoy your visit as you choose, including accessing the Safari Drive-Through at any time during the day, without preselecting a specific entry slot.

All Longleat tickets are non-refundable. However, we would be happy to move your booking to any date we have ticket availability within our current season. There is £5 fee per paid ticket for this service, payable on the gate when you arrive. Please note that bookings may only be moved up to three times in total, only within the same season, and are subject to ticket availability on the new date of visit. You will still use your original booking reference and e-mail to redeem your tickets on the new date of your visit.

Please pre-book your visit during peak times to guarantee your entry via the Annual Pass Zone.

To ensure that we can open safely, we will be limiting our daily capacity. This means everyone will need to book online, even if you are an Annual Pass holder.

Emergency Services

Armed Forces

Our Armed Forces discount is available to members of the Army, Navy and RAF, including veterans.

Our Emergency Services discount is available for Blue Light Card holders and individuals whose role is directly involved in the public sector emergency response and care, including members of the Police Service, Ambulance Service and Fire Service.

If you’re planning on purchasing tickets using either of these discounts please remember that you must bring a valid employee ID card, veteran’s card or Blue Light Card to Longleat on the day of your visit, and you must book these tickets online in advance (at least a day before you plan to visit).

ONE child carrying a valid Blue Peter badge card and a Blue Peter badge will be entitled to ONE free Day Ticket when accompanied by a minimum of one adult purchasing a Day Ticket at full price.

Terms and Conditions

  • Valid on open dates up to 31st October 2021.
  • Not valid during winter open dates (beyond 31st October 2021).
  • Only valid against the Day Ticket only.
  • Blue Peter badges cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (including e-tickets purchased on the Longleat website and Tesco Clubcard vouchers).
  • Each Blue Peter badge holder must be accompanied by a minimum of one full paying adult purchasing the Day Ticket at full price (this doesn't include tickets purchased through Longleat e-ticketing or using Tesco Clubcard Vouchers).

Longleat operates a policy of no refunds on pre-booked tickets. However, if you have used Tesco vouchers to book a visit for a date that no longer suits, please contact our Guest Services team to move your booking to another date. Longleat accepts Tesco Clubcard Token Codes online in exchange for an adult, child or concessionary Day Ticket at longleat.co.uk/tesco.

  • Clubcard vouchers must be exchanged for Longleat Tesco Clubcard Token Codes and in turn Longleat Token codes must be redeemed on the Longleat website for tickets at least 24hrs prior to your visit.
  • Token codes cannot be used for special events and/or shows, other promotions or discounted tickets, or Annual Passes.
  • Token codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, scheme or promotion.
  • Day Tickets purchased through the Tesco Clubcard scheme can be upgraded to the Annual Pass. Just show your ticket and receipt at the Annual Pass office on the day of your visit and upgrades will be made.

Once you are in Longleat, all of the attractions are included in your entrance fee. The optional extras which you are welcome to purchase on the day, subject to availability, are animal feeding experiences and riding the Safari Bus plus any event-specific or seasonal activities that are running. For example pumpkin carving, the Santa Train, Santa Storytelling and Halloween Ghost Tours. Chargeable event activities are always optional.

No. Our Arrivals Team will not handle your pass. There will be self-service scanners in operation with staff nearby if help is needed.

We are now offering up to a 150 day extension (depending how long we are/have been closed) to the expiry dates on standard monetary Gift Vouchers.

Gift vouchers can be used on the day of your visit to buy tickets or for purchases made in our many retail shops and catering outlets. Gift Vouchers cannot be used on our website.

Children under 3 years of age will require an infant ticket when booking which is free of charge. Children aged 3+ years will need a Child ticket.

Lost annual passes can be replaced for a charge of £10 per pass. If your pass has been stolen please contact Guest Services.
