Yes. Accessible parking bays can be found in Lime Tree Car Park but most of our accessible bays can be found in Silver Birch Car Park.

Please display your Blue Badge (or variant) when using the accessible bays.

Baby changing facilities are available at the entrance to the Safari Park, in the Adventure Castle, Cellars Café, near to the Bat Cave and in the Chameleon Tree.

The Safari Drive-through can take between 2 and 3 hours, so we recommend leaving plenty of time in your day to enjoy it.

Smoking and vaping are strictly not permitted at the Park, except in the designated areas in the African Village and adjacent to The Chameleon Tree Coffee House. Signs close to these areas will signpost them and they can be located via the Park Map boards or via the Longleat App. If you're unsure, please ask a Team Member.

There is no charge for parking at Longleat.

Longleat is an all weather attraction, made up of a combination of indoor and outdoor areas. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear during inclement weather.

You are welcome to leave the Park and return within the same day. Please keep your tickets with you at all times as you'll need to produce them upon re-entry.

To encourage social distancing, the Safari Bus is now running daily with limited capacity.

Soft top or open top cars, motorbikes and bicycles are not allowed in the Safari Park. Some other limitation apply which are assessed on a case by case basis (such as caravans and campervans with non-glass windows).

A limited daily Safari Bus Service can be booked at Guest Services (Main Square) subject to availability and a £8 per person charge (3yrs+). Under 3s do not require a ticket to be purchased, but will be given one free of charge. Children under 16 may not ride the Safari Bus without adult supervision.

  • The Safari Bus Service is subject to availability. Capacity is limited and bookings are taken on a first come served basis at Guest Services
  • The Safari Bus Service is not available to groups of 12+
  • The Safari Bus Service can normally accommodate one wheelchair per bus
  • Pushchairs can be left at the Safari Bus Stop, at visitors own risk, for the duration of the Safari Bus trip. Longleat accepts no liability for loss or damage to pushchairs or personal items left unattended
  • Food and drink are not allowed on the vehicle
  • Times of the bus are not guaranteed and unable to guarantee entry to the bus on any given day

As we are currently not printing out physical tickets, you will only need to show your booking reference number upon arrival and upon entry to the Safari Park.
