Once you have made your online booking, you will receive a unique order reference and QR Code via email. When you arrive at the Park, simply produce the QR code (either in printed form or on your device) so we can scan your booking and allow access to the site. We are also able to locate your booking via the order reference should your QR code not display.
We no longer provide physical tickets on arrival but do ask guests to keep their receipt in their possession throughout their visit.
