Longleat operates a policy of no refunds on pre-booked tickets. However, if you have used Tesco vouchers to book a visit for a date that no longer suits, please contact our Guest Services team to move your booking to another date. There is a £5 fee per paid ticket for this service. Please note that bookings may only be moved up to three times in total, only within the same season, and are subject to ticket availability on the new date of visit.
